What we keep, and why.
We collect what it takes to get a parcel to your door and nothing for its own sake.
What we collect
- To fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, email and, if you give it, a phone number for the carrier.
- If you create an account: the same details plus your order history and saved addresses, so you do not type them twice.
- Payment details never touch our servers. They are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout.
Cookies
Two, both essential: one that remembers your cart and one that keeps you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees it
The carrier that delivers your order and the payment provider that processes it. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will sort it within a few working days.
