The short version.
Buying from us is a contract between you and kiyo. Here is what each side agrees to.
Orders
- An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. Until then we can decline it, for example if a piece sold out while you were checking out. You are never charged for something we cannot send.
- Prices are as shown at checkout in the currency selected, plus the shipping option you choose. Duties and taxes charged by your country on delivery are not included.
Delivery
Lead times on the delivery page are estimates in working days from dispatch. We tell you when your order ships and if anything delays it.
Returns
You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery under the returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Us
Product photos are of the actual pieces. Colours can differ slightly by screen. If something is wrong with what you receive, tell us and we make it right.
