Wait for the return instructions. Pack the unused item with any tags attached.

Once checked, your refund goes to the original payment method.
The details
- You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags attached. Accessories must be unused, with any tags still attached. We check every return when it arrives.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few working days of the piece being checked in. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
- You cover return postage, except for faulty or incorrect items. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Exchanges
To change size, return your piece and place a new order for the size you want. Availability can change, so check the product page first.
Faulty or wrong item
Tell us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your call.

Email us with your order number and the piece you are sending back. We reply with the return address and a reference.
